Quality Assurance Manager
Full Time position in our Colorado Springs office for individual with excellent Auto Physical Damage Experience. Outstanding phone, computer, customer service skills. Must be flexible, able to process claims, perform desk reviews, manage field appraisers work, handle supplements, resolve customers concerns, ensure accuracy and follow claims handling guideline. Must be able to provide references and be willing to submit to a background check. Wages commensurate with experience. Health care provided.
